Business License & Compliance
At FoundrSpace, we’re all about helping your business grow with the perfect workspace. However, it’s important to know that you’re responsible for ensuring your business complies with any licensing requirements set by your city or state.
What We Provide
We offer you a flexible workspace, all the essentials to get your work done, and a community of like-minded professionals. From private offices to shared desks, and networking events—we’ve got the space and services to help you succeed.
What You’re Responsible For
While we provide the space, you’ll need to handle obtaining and maintaining your business licenses.
This includes:
A business license for the city you’re operating in
Any other permits or approvals required by local, state, or federal authorities
Why This Is Your Responsibility
As a coworking space, we provide the tools and space you need to do your work, but we’re not responsible for ensuring your business complies with local laws. Business licenses vary from city to city, so it’s up to you to make sure you have everything you need to operate legally in your location.
Rancho Cucamonga Requirements
If you’re operating in Rancho Cucamonga, you’ll need a business license according to the city’s regulations.
You can apply and find more details on the Rancho Cucamonga Business License page.
Pasadena Requirements
Operating in Pasadena? You’ll need a business license there as well.
To apply, head over to the Pasadena Business Licenses page.
A Few Things to Remember:
FoundrSpace isn’t responsible for business licenses or compliance.
It’s your job to ensure you have all the necessary licenses and permits for your business.
If you don’t have the right licenses, you’re responsible for any fines or penalties.
